In 2004, Axent opened its doors in a beautiful building on the Bondgenotenlaan in Leuven. For the first six years, the business flourished at this location. In 2010, Axent moved to Herent, where it has since found its home. Over the years, Axent has not only expanded its physical presence, but also its digital presence with the launch of a thriving webshop in 2015. This step, once a modest experiment, has grown into an indispensable sales channel for plus size women's clothing for every occasion.

Marianne, the driving force behind Axent, personally ran the store for the first 19 years. Last year, thanks to the unprecedented growth of the past few years, the team was strengthened with two new employees, Nina and Sandra. Together they form a team that guarantees the creation of beautiful collections and the trusted personal service that Axent is known for.
