Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give? Give them the gift of choice with an Axent gift voucher. Gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift vouchers are valid in our store in Herent and in our online shop.

• Can a gift card be used multiple times? Yes, as long as there is a credit on the receipt
• Can more than one gift card be used for a purchase?Yes. A customer can redeem multiple coupons during checkout
• How do customers check their credit? When a gift card is linked to a customer account, the customer can verify the balance in the gift card email. For customers without an account, the balance can be communicated by Axent upon request.
• Can gift cards be topped up? No, you cannot reload a gift card.
• Can a gift card be used to purchase a gift card? No, you cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card.
• How long is a gift voucher valid? 1 year from date of purchase
• Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping? Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order quantity, including shipping and VAT.
• Can a gift voucher also be used during sales? Yes, gift cards are a payment method, even during sales.
• Can I use a discount code to purchase my gift card? Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards.
• Can gift cards be purchased with other discounts? No, you can never purchase a gift voucher with a discount.
• Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code? Yes, gift cards are a payment method.

Because Axent offers brands from different designers, the sizes can vary per brand . Changing fashion trends can also influence the fit of certain articles in such a way that they deviate from the usual sizes.
